Mentoring Tourism Students.

Josantos Safaris also known as Masaimara Serengeti Safaris recently visited the tourism students at Wote Technical Training Institute with the purpose of mentoring and encouraging them, while providing valuable insights into what the tourism industry expects from future professionals.

Mr. Joseph, who brings 14 years of experience in the Tourism and Hospitality industry, spoke passionately about current trends in tourism that are not typically covered in formal education. He emphasized the importance of staying updated on these trends to remain competitive and relevant. Additionally, he encouraged the students to actively engage with tourism-related topics on their social media accounts and incorporate this focus into their daily lives. 

This approach, he explained, would help them build a strong personal brand and connect with the evolving demands of the tourism sector.The session inspired the students to view their education as a foundation but to go beyond the classroom to prepare effectively for their future careers.
